Services

Stratus Electrical provides:

  • 24/7 emergency electrical services
  • Residential and commercial electrical work
  • Wiring & rewiring
  • Lighting installation
  • Switchboard/panel upgrades
  • Surge protection
  • Electrical repairs
  • EV charger installation

All work is performed by licensed electricians in accordance with AS/NZS 3000 Australian Wiring Standards.

Bookings & Response Time

  • We aim to respond within 30 minutes of enquiry.
  • Same-day service is available in most Sydney suburbs but is not guaranteed.
  • Emergency response times may vary due to demand, traffic, and safety conditions.

Pricing & Payments

  • We provide upfront pricing before work begins.
  • No call-out fee applies unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional work outside the quoted scope will require customer approval.
  • Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

    • Provide safe and clear access to the worksite
    • Disclose known electrical issues
    • Ensure someone over 18 is present during service

Work Standards & Compliance

  • All work complies with NSW Fair Trading regulations and AS/NZS 3000 standards.
  • Only certified and background-checked electricians will attend.

Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
  • If you are not satisfied, we will return to rectify the issue at no extra cost.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Pre-existing faults
    • Customer misuse
    • External damage (e.g., weather, third-party interference)

Liability Limitation

To the extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided

Insurance

  • We maintain $20 million public liability insurance for all services.

Intellectual Property

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if:
